justcamit mac and mobile

I was told by a guy that he is unable to view me on his phone. I have tried to look into it and as a complete techno phobe I don't understand how to make the alterations I need.
AW says to support phone I need 600 Kbps extra and i have to look at "connection Optimiser Report" when I log in !!! I can't find the bleeping thing to look at it !!!
Can anyone help me please?
Or is there another way to stream?

I always use JustCamIt Lite on a Mac

From what I remember, when you're in JCI they'll be a FPS (frames per second). I think this needs to be at approx 30.00 to support all platforms. You can always adjust your cam settings within JCI to alter this to achieve 30 Hope this helps lovely xxx
