Movie Shorter Than Described

Evening,

My first post here, im hoping to get a bit of help.

Today I paid 14.4 credits for a movie clip that was stated to be over 61mb in size and 13 minutes long however when it downloaded it was only 10.5mb in size and less than 2 minutes long.

I cannot view this clip again without being charged another 14 credits.

I wouldn't mind too much however from 13 minutes to 2 minutes and at a cost of over 14 credits is considerable.

Can anybody advise on what to do? I have contacted the member however have not yet had a response.

Shoot AW a message via the help system, they should be able to take a look in to it and figure out what's happened and deal with it accordingly.
