Finding it hard to get clients, advice?

The problem is, with the hype from different documentaries that make shows about webcamming etc, the companies make it look like people can sign up, and instantly have the £££ come rolling in. Unfortunately that isn't the reality. To get the clients in & keep them, you need to put graft in, it's not easy money, building & keeping clients on the site is hard. Worth it if you can get a good base of regulars etc but you cant just sign up & expect everyone to come flooding into your chat. You have to get yourself out there, constant profile updating, be regular with content eg movies, photos, private gallery etc. Pay for positioning possibly to get yourself up and in the public eye. It sounds harsh but if you want to do well in this industry you have to put the work in to get the rewards.

Yeah I'm okay with putting some work in. I don't need to do super well, just get a few clients a week. Just not sure what to do really.

free chat when you start off is a must just to get your profile hits and it will improve your earning its hard work but it will pay off even if you do direct im only try using free chat the same with direct cam alot like too try before they pay ... when i first started i would do free just too build up regs and gain lots of new ones i still use free now for the same reasons and it does kill your boredom .... and it will pay off in the end good luck and keep with it ... x

what i try to do in a dry spell is upload some pictures that way people aka punters know your online and active xxx

You've been on the website for little over a month, in terms of establishing yourself and gaining regulars that's no time at all. I'm pretty sure I had free chat on for the first three years I was on AW to help establish myself, draw in inquisitive people etc.

It will take a lot of time, a lot.

Unfortunately from all the webcam and escort documentaries where people have over stated the ease with which they generate income, and the income level itself, too many folk have bought into this idea of quick and easy money and I suspect you may be optimistically one of them.

Are you keeping a diary of the work you are doing to promote yourself i.e the hours you put in?
Looking at your profile you've been active 33 days with 1566 profile views in total.
*How many of those 33 days have you been logged in and available?
*Of those days you've been logged in, how many of them were spent updating your profile?
*When you updated your profile what did you do? Write, or upload new pictures?
*Once you've updated your profile how many views did you receive each day after that? There's no system on AW that tracks it, that's all down to your own input.
*If you promote yourself outside of AW where are you doing that? How much time is being spent on it and how beneficial has it been? If it's not been beneficial, it's not working - change it.
*Have you been updating external promotions and links in line with your main AW profile updates? - Same as above.
*Are your profile pictures representative of what a paying client will see if they join you in webcam? Is that how you dress when you're available? If not, then change them. If it is and they're still not biting then it's a case of finessing your look - possibly.


There's no quick fix for this, study your profile on an atomic level. Study the AW website and all the ways in which it can help you promote - all be it for a fee. Work on your webcam persona. Work work work work work work.
