After reading a lot of profiles it seems more to be services offered "at discretion" are in all reality services offered as extras.

Yes, there have been a few ladies I have met who offer OWO or CIM at discretion, and when you ask about it you get the reply that it is an extra £xx

Some of the profiles list just about everything as "at discretion" when you read the profile further you can find price lists for all the discretionary items.

I like to have discretion, as there are somethings that are governed by lots of different variables and you just can't guarantee it. I suppose for me it is admitting that I may not be able to do it and not to expect it, but it does not mean no or I would not have ticked it and no it has nothing to do with charges

I think my only at discretion thing is anal.
Not because I would charge extra for it, but sometimes when you see a man with a big one you just know that is not going near!
