Hi

Im finding it hard to record a voicemail. when through to the line it doesn't give a 0 or 1 option, asks for ID then a password- which password as have tried several?

Can anyone help?

Hi,

If you go into edit profile, under other settings, if you have checked the box for "accept voicemails" it has a entry field next to it asking you to put in a PIN.

I'm fairly sure this is the "password" you enter on the phone, after your user ID.

Make sure you save your settings!
