I tried opening a ticket and it just directed me to help topics. Ive emailed admin too. On my 2nd day of not being able to work

ETA - I've now managed to send them a message. Saw that you can submit feedback anyway after its directed you to help topics

It's been nearly 48 hours since I sent off my documents for reverification. Ive lost 2 full days of work, looking like im going to lose a 3rd. I have no idea what to do. I could cry. I have regulars in my inbox asking where I am, I have nothing but positive feedback. I don't understand why they're taking so long when there's clear evidence that I am who I say I am.

admin here got it all sorted out for me!

I think Admin for AW do not work over the weekend so that might be why you haven't heard back. Also as far as I know, as brilliant as Admin on here are, they would still have to contact AW admin.
TBH If it was me I would have contacted them first and told them I was already verified, this was what happened to me and I was 're-verified ' without sending in new docs. Sometimes I think that resending docs confuses Admin. I was told my problem was a glitch.

Hello. Im having some problems with my webcam work. I have set-up my profile for webcam work but every time I tick that box, the page is taking me back to the same page, the option beeing unselected and the option escort services is on. Im not offering escort services, just webcam work. How can I sort this out? Thank you
