Hey all, is it just me or is everyone quiet at the moment?
Has everyone changed their prices or is it that people are just not coming into adultwork so much?

I'm so horny & do a great show, always online ready & waiting. However, over the past week, it's turned into a ghost town!

Sometimes it is quiet for some girls and not for others. Cam site traffic fluctuates all the time. Instead of asking if other girls are quiet, just put the extra quiet time you have into promoting yourself and finding other income streams so you are never without work x

oh of course, hence being in the forum here & not on the cam.

I'm always on twitter, busy uploading new clips & pics, my own site takes lots of work promoting it aswell. Shooting pictures & movies can take up a lot of time as does emails with affiliates & my fan base.

Was more of a general question. Especially with Christmas gone & the new year, I've been busy daily. How is things with others, is it Adultwork cams that have gone quiet or should I be thinking of camming on my own network more? How is your stream of viewers?

It's never a good idea to ask that as it'll do one of two things - piss you off that others are doing just fine, or confirm in your mind that everyone's doing crap so there's no point in trying. As it happens I've had some of the best shifts of my 4 years on cam just recently, but it doesn't mean that tomorrow will be as good. There's really no 'bad' times whatever anyone says, January has as much potential as August or any other month x

The site used to have 400 000 to 600 000 views per day. Currently the average daily view is 150 000. http://www.websiteoutlook.com

The most important thing is no so much the number of viewers, but the number of viewers who have credit and are willing to spend.

oh absolutely! I've been on adultwork for many many years & know I can trust everyone that comes to adultwork is willing to spend & are usually genuine people.

I've never had one person that I would not like to meet in person on cam & most of the people I speak to, we eventually meet.

It was more of a friendly conversation in the forum, after christmas, I think a lot of people are holding back & waiting until after January. It's always nice to know if this is the case & that I haven't lost custom through the error of adultwork, removing my profile from 'escort' as they have recently by mistake, now corrected, also to know that the cam system is working properly, as being in Spain, it shows differently on who's online.

I've had some really lovely guys in recently, those spending time to chat & watch as I perform with toys, but also, had noticed the drop of traffic. Maybe just the January thing.

Adultwork has always been the same fluctuating from one day to the next, as Katie has said January can be incredibly busy for some gals and quiet for others , its just the way it has always been

not sure about reduced traffic being a possibility but new gals are joining all the time which puts the level of competition a lot higher, some men prefer new gals, some like gals with cheaper rates etc etc

just bear with it, hopefully things will pick up for you and your regulars will help you

Hey all, I was going to post something myslef as the last two weeks i havent been as busy as i normal am. I have been on here a few years now and this is my full time job, reading though your posts always help its nice to know whats going on in the world of camming lol.

I know how one day it can be shit and the next good but this is going on longer then i thought it would after having the new laws come in and justcam playing up for me i have been gettting worried but I'll give it more time and see what happends. Thanks xxx

I think it all depends on what you offer and how 'in demand' your type of shows/style are at the certain time. What people seem to forget a lot is that customers also have bills and finances to sort & AW or Camming is a luxury to the customer.

Try dropping your prices, changing your gallery, uploading new content etc
Or just simply ride it out.
