Profile Removed but use IOS app so never received the warning messages

To confirm - I have followed the advice posted in other threads regarding contact AW via the help area - I've submitted my message but as yet haven't received any confirmation email of submission or any response.

I generally access my account via the IOS iPhone app. This app doesn't show warning messages sent from AW like it does when you log into your account on a pc (once logged in it normally takes you straight to a warning message they have sent you)

So it seems that my account has breached the terms because I used the word available or working in my profile summary. Apparently they had sent me this message once before but because I access via the mobile app I don't see it.
So today I get an email stating that they have removed my account because I've violated there T&C's.

So my questions are:

1) Has anyone else encountered this problem and have AW reinstated your profile following your explanation?

2) Can I set up another profile in the mean time so that I can continue working whilst they resolve (and then delete it if they reinstate my previous profile as that one has all my credits and feedback on) or will it be deemed as a duplicate etc and be deleted?

I fully accept that I used the word 'working' as I didn't think it meant the same as 'available' - I realise I was wrong in that assumption. But I'm annoyed that it's been removed - yet there are no way of seeing these warning messages on the iphone app.

Any replies or advice greatly appreciated.

Hi, you should be grand to have the profile back on, if you got no confirmation email then I would resend your ticket. If you need help with the steps let us know.

I wouldnt recommend starting a new profile in the mean time.

I've submitted it twice now and I still haven't received a confirmation email. Should I use a different email address to the one associated to my account? I'm doing all the steps correctly as I've contacted them previously about something. I've also checked my spam folder and there's nothing in it.

I'm confused - I've just tried logging on and my profile is still there. I've then logged out and searched for me via my profile name of 'screamingskull' and it's still there - am I missing something? They said they'd removed it?

Can anyone else see it?

Yes, I have had this today - and I no idea why, because my profile is in good standing and doesn't breach their terms! I can only assume it's a glitch.

Yes it is. While I was logged on earlier, it suddenly went to seeking services, then back to offering services. Very odd! lol
