Locked out of AW account by email verification issue

Hi there,

I have an issue with logging into my AW account that is not covered by the faq's in the corresponding subject area.

Yesterday I tried to change my email address within the registration details but something went wrong in the process and i ended up logging out before saving.
I think my email address subsequently may have been left clear and now upon trying to log back in it is asking me to verify my email address. When I enter my previous email address that was registered before my attempt to change it I am told that the email address is not registered to my account. This means I am unable to a) have the email address verification code sent to me, or b) request my email address to be reset. I am essentially locked out of my AW account on which I am very active and have a large amount of credits saved.

Is there a way I can have my email and login details reset outside of these two methods? I have emailed AW via the 'issue not listed in the faq' route.

Hi Jamie, AW support via the ticket system should be able to help with this one.

I would have normally suggested using this form http://www.adultwork.com/ChangeEmail.asp to change the email address but as we dont know what was saved as the accounts email address we wont be able to use it.

Let me know if your successful with ticket support or you get an automated answer back.

If they respond with an automated answer that doesn't help resolve the issue I will let you know.

They have actually replied saying that the email address on my account has become unverified so please re-request email verification from the links on the login page.

I tried doing so via the link and again of course it doesn't work as they do not have my email address linked as being registered to my account, as i have found out through trying to reset my email address.

Any other ideas on how to reset my details?. It seems as though they have just sent me an automated response that doesn't take into account my email address no longer being recognised by AW.

Sorry, I don't know if you've seen my response but they sent an automated reply that simply asked me to follow the link to request email verification from the links on the login page. All this I have done previously and of course does not work due to my email address not being registered anymore.

Please could you let me know what I need to do next as it seems getting an answer via the ticket support route is not possible due to their automated response system.
