I have exactly the same issue. It's been the same for months! I'd say 1 out of 10 attempted calls actually get through and that's it. I've actually been on cam with guys, watching them c2c while they call the number then play back the record message to me saying I'm not providing the service.......... SO ANNOYING!! And goddamit this is messing with our income AND theirs. It's in their interests to sort it asap. Leaving a problem for months on end is ridiculous. And yes, i have made sure the customer has enough credits, i'm definitely all set up right and status on. I don't offer pre-booked phone, only directchat.

Wow that's bad...I offer free phone in private and give them my mobile number so didn't realise directchat was playing up that much. I even got negative feedback once because the guy thought I'd hung up on him when it was directchat disconnecting. My main frustration is with justcamit...it's frequently chucking out my clients early or not letting them in at all, and I know it's doing that rather than them just leaving or not having credits. We really don't need the systems working against us!

I agree its very flakey. A guy tried to contact me via it today and got charged but didn't connect x
