Direct Chat never works?

Quite often I try and use this for phone role play. And it never works.
The green 'Direct Chat' is on in the profiles. I would say about 2 out of 10 calls are sucessful.

'Sorry the service profider is not available, please choose sombody else'

What is the problem here? Are the profiders just not wanting to speak, why do they have the green Direct Chat on?


Once I did call somebody and it charged me 10 pounds but no call was engaged.

I did email support for a refund, but I just got a 'no reply' advice on disabling pop ups.

Could be a number of reasons. From tech errors to human errors/reasons.

When a performer wishes to offer directchat they would enable it on their profile and click the "available now" button, this button lasts for 2hours.

If a member was offering it for the first hour then stopped working the icon would still be lit for the next hour, meaning you may call and get no answer.

Other reasons could be they turned it on and they are offering it but they left their mobile on silent by mistake, a family member walks in, toilet break, someone at the door etc.

To try and exclude these reasons it may be best to send a quick message to the performer first or drop by directcam (if on) and ask can you call.

Other service seekers may have more info on how they do it.

Hi, I believe the light is still green when someone is already on another call and as the message is saying they're busy, my guess is that they're on another paid call.

When a call comes through we are given the option to accept or reject the call but don't know who the caller is. Sometimes the system cuts out as soon as they're about to be put through...and sometimes during the call too.

P.S. I get rubbish replies when I email support too but I send another telling them the first reply was useless and can I have some real help and then something more sensible comes back to me.

I did try an get a refund, but then I thought to myself, 'I just can't be bothered with this.


When DC it works it can be good. But I have noticed that some providers who I like the look of, it has never worked. Literally never.

I have had AW movie clips not work as well. The support wasn't great when I tried to get a refund with that. But I managed to figure out the problem myself in the end.

If direct chat is not working try making a phone booking instead. You book a block of time and the provider will call you. Smile

I do use the booking method. If there is somebody I really think would be good.
I also email my fantasy to them to give them a bit of what I like.

DC is good for seeing what a phone provider is like, on impulse. When it works of course.

We don't all use the booking system for phone chat though...although sometimes I get bookings coming through which I don't understand as I don't have the facility there! Maybe they come through on the webcam system and somehow just make it for phone chat, I don't know...

Maybe the ones you never get through to are just using directchat to promote other services they're offering and rejecting every call.

Thanks for that admin...I do have directchat only/disable pre-booked chat ticked. I don't know how bookings for phone chat have come through, it's only been 3 times.
