Why Has My Profile Been Removed?

Hi all, I'm so upset! My new profile has been deactivated even with a face photo !
After being a member for 5+ years and generating 10's of thousands on webcam (lots of commission to AW too), I decided to leave my old profile and start a new one which was more up to date - I closed the old one and registered a new one - but there was a problem with the face pic so they closed that account without letting me correct it... I was told I COULD re-register as long as I had a clear face pic (which in the recent one I did - it was a headshot selfie!) and today when I tried to login to upload my verification documents, it said the account was deactivated before I could even upload them! This is so not fair and I feel so sad because I was a legitimate member for years and years with over 600 positive feedbacks, yet AW is treating me like a criminal! I wish they'd just let me pay them off for their trouble and we could all get on with our lives ... any ideas what to do? I contacted the appeal process page and said that I had an email from AW stating that I *COULD* re-register! It's just so swings and roundabouts and I feel like crying as I just went out and bought a UK newspaper to take those silly verification photos holding it up to prove I'm in UK (I'm American originally). Any ideas? Help

Make a new account, add your profile photos, gender, summary and bio and then upload the verification documents immediately. If you can provide utility bills to prove you are a UK resident that may help. Good luck x

Have you accessed your profile on more than one device and has that second device been used by someone else on adultwork.  This happened to me a few years back on one of the profiles, that is now in my group.

I have had my profile deactivated by a man that visited me today and reported me for not reading my profile properly! I have emailed AW and I have to wait to get it back, I also paid for credits from my account to pay for advertising.

Can I please get some help on how I can get it back? I have been a member for 5 years and not had 1 complaint on my profile!
