Video clips not working

Pretty new to all this. Bought some credits to buy some videos, 2 of the 4 clips I bought kept crashing halfway through. Is this a problem with all videos or just from particular sellers? I have logged these and hope to be reimbursed. Really a pain because I don't know what will work and what will not in the meantime just throwing money down the drain. Not only that, I can't go back and try them, says I need to pay again to watch!

Hi, AW will most probably refund them. If I had to guess though, it may be down to the browser. Some videos can be uploaded and not work but they are usually found quickly and deleted.

I would change the browser next time you find one that doesnt work.

Could be your internet, the format the video is in, or what device your using, AW check all video clips before they go live. Hopefully, you will get your credits back, perhaps email the provider whom you purchased the clips from? If you let them know there are issues, then they will/should check these clips x
