Performer Consent...

Hello has anyone received a warning from AW regarding performer consent, ie people other than me appearing in my photos and videos, it says I need their written consent on file or I will be removed form AW? (See Pictures)

I don't want to jump to conclusions, but I imagine hardly anyone on AW has written consent for the men that appear in all of their videos, I don't know why I'm being targeted, can anyone shed some light on this situation?

Hi,I am bit confused,so do we need to make some changes on profile or verify something again? I have no idea what's going on,showed it to 3 english native speaking mates and they had no idea what to do too.

I'm really not sure, it seems to be suggesting that we need to have written consent from all other performers in our video and photo content, and if we don't or we don't remove the videos/pictures with other performers then our profiles will be deleted, that's what I think it's saying but I'd love somebody who knows what they're talking about to explain it to me, really don't want my profile to be deleted!!

So there may be hope, but if they do request the records and you don't have them I'm guessing you're in big trouble...

I have to admit I originally thought it was just videos but see it’s photos too. I have been able to contact a few of my clients who have all understandably said no. I have been on here a long time and have some photos ten years old, I have no idea who the males were! Haha I never posted any I didn’t have verbal permission from but realise this will now mean I have to check every single photo to make sure no one else can be seen sigh.

I do get it. No one else can sell our photos or videos either, without our written consent and ID so that could be a good thing. Also means no one under 18 can be exploited, and as a 52 year old grandmother, I have to say that’s important enough for me to put up with this hassle.

I guess they will be spotchecking a lot to begin with. Many accounts will lose money till we can replace content our customers love, and that’s only if we have willing people to go through the hoops for us!

Headache is starting already xx
