Credits dissapeared between escow and my account

Hi there

Can anyone help me please ?  I had credits in escrow...they are no longer there but they are not in my account either ?!

The is nothing in the help section that applies to this situation and I can't seem to trigger the help box that actually allows me to explain my problem.
