Hey, I requested to switch to auto daily pay on 21/08. Havnt heard anything about my request. Emailed yesterday but didn't hear anything back so submitted another request. How do I find out what's going on? I've rang as well but no answer

Hi, no answer usually means calling outside of the afterhours opening times of 5pm-7pm.
AW have switched the account to auto dp now for you though.
Staff will confirm tomorrow during their normal workload.

Hi, because Adultwork made the change. We are unable to do it ourselves.
We have the ability to switch members from POR to Weekly as its the same system but not to or from auto dailypay. Only AW can make that change.
Not that any of the above is any of your business though ^
