A couple of my regulars have messaged me saying they cannot connect to Direct Cam with me as it doesn't support anything that isn't a laptop. Why is this?
Is this a setting I have to change or is it something with AW?
I work in hotels and at present I am very much looking at a loss for tonight's work.
Please can someone advise me what to do. I have logged in and out several times and it is still saying the same thing, laptops only.
HELP
Thanks
Sadie

I think it is because your speeds aren't fast enough, not sure what you can do about that though x

Gizzi - How sure are you? I can upgrade to better wifi but thought the standard wifi would be ok.

I'm no expert! In the Help section I'm sure it says that you need a good upload speed to support all devices. Have a look through for offering services, troubleshooting etc.
Poor lighting is another thing that can mess it up too.
