Hi is anyone experiencing problems with directcam

it goes black after about a minute. has anyone had problems with guys leaving quicker than normal? or at a higher rate than usual?

Yes the past two days no one is staying so I’m guessing the screen is going blank there end?!

Yeah alot of customers are experiencing that right now, it might be due to teething problems with them playing around with AW Live maybe?

Yes I'm having issues with it. I've just been cut off twice whilst talking to one of my favourite clients - and cut off whilst in a private earlier too. Are they doing anything about this as it's pretty annoying!? :-(

This is driving me crazy, since yesterday everytime I have a client after a min or so the chat ends and they come back and say the screen goes black or freezes their end. JCI have got back to me and said they having problems and trying to resolve it but that not helping me. Losing money

they seem to have fixed it now. hopefully it doesnt happen again. they should acknowledge it on twitter instead of staying silent when it happens imo

but for future reference it seemed to work when i used a tablet or phone. that didnt go black
