Profile photo changes

why don't profile photos change immediately as you request them to? I want to change my profile photo throughout the day actually to drive traffic. However I feel the website does not support this. They don't change rapidly enough. - Why? 
I mean c'mon isn't AW one of the so called biggest webcam sites around? and it can't change pictures rapidly? 
I would like any thoughts on this.

Haha it’s so annoying. It does change but yes takes up to 10 mins to appear to me as changed. I also change until I see my profile hits going up and believe this to be a good way to drive traffic!

Hi, its your cache, other people will see the updated images. Just press Control + R.

On my mac I have to completely delete my browsing history for it to come up for me. Can always check on an incognito window ^_^

well I just don't know... its now been 24 hours and 2 photos that I deleted are still there and the ones I request to upload are not. So I don't know. It's not my cache. Anyway I'm mac so control R doesn't cut it for me. 

I guess I will just wait.......
