CHANGE DAILY PAY TO PAYMENT ON REQUEST

I have communicated with Daily Pay with quick responses via whatsapp, but since requesting having my daily pay changed to payment upon request, I've been completely ignored, not only that, I hadn't received any payment for days, there was at least a 3 day delay on my last payment. I do not want anymore daily paymentd going into my bank account anymore unless I request it, this is urgent.
Please rectify this asap....

No pay because after being paid, you proceeded to spend those credits you had just been paid for, meaning you are in the minus and need to pay those back.
