Just Cam keeps disconnecting when in Private!

frustratingly it crashed today during a private session on my couple profile.....issued a refund to the guy but it makes you worried when it may or may not play up......I've also had lots of guys coming into free chat and leaving , one said my screen was black ? Never been told that before and my laptop is sound as is my webcam and i have adequate fibre speed......odd.......xxxx
