Direct Cam Verification

Hi, 
I was told I needed to resubmit my Verification documents(I.D) so I could continue with working on Direct Cam- every time I opened the Cam programme I got the message:- 
Server Status : Connecting to Server, wait....
Server Status : Your profile is not set-up as offering webcam, DirectCam or DirectIM services
Server Status : Cannot Connect to Server
It has been 48 hours now since I uploaded my documents again, It said would take a maximum 48 hours to get me back up and running. Had no response or emails to say whether it has been accepted or rejected. Just wondering when is likely I can cam again and if there is any action I need to pursue as to hurry up the process.
