I recently met a very attractive Romanian escort who is desperate to move into rented accommodation to avoid having to pay £100 per day for a hotel room. She has asked for my help!

I'm certainly in no position to help out financially, and that doesn't seem to be what she wants anyhow (just as well, as I have been badly ripped off in the past). I think she just needs some advice. I'm assuming her lack of an official job and proof of income is a bit of a problem!

I've been doing some reading, and apparently she won't need a guarantor or proof of income if she can pay all the money upfront to the leasing company for the time she wants. So she could rent for 3 months, pay 3 months rent immediately to the company, then use that time to save enough money for a longer rental, and so on.

But what else would she need?
