why doesn't the payment I received yesterday match the credits I earned I have tried e-mailing my group manager but he/she never seems to reply about anything I ask him/her why is this??????

Group admin can take a while to reply, but are you sure you're deducting all fees? What you see being transferred out are credits, not £s.
