Tried logging in and been told the group manager has locked me out of my page and don't allow me to log In! Why not? I only wanted to swap over from daily pay to weekly. And now my account has been disabled. What a joke!!!
Hi can happen when AW is changing your setting from auto dailypay to on request or weekly etc
Its nothing to worry about and an email to admin@dailypayservice.com will fix it if we dont already get to it.
In 90% of cases when switching, the member will not see this error as either AW remembered to unlock the account or we have already got to it before the member notices.
This instance has already been sorted via email. This reply is for others who may also get the error.
