Admin it's happened again. Urgent!

So a few weeks ago I had completed a phone booking and credits vanished from escrow when they should have cleared. Luckily I got the credits in the end but this has happened again. I did 2 phone bookings with member spinky123 on 22/11, one at 04.40 and 06.20 for a total of 54 credits. They were due to clear today and they have vanished. I am very upset at this. Where have they gone? Please advise. I do not have screenshots of them in escrow and quite frankly I shouldnt have to do this each time anyway. I have been here 10 years and have never had this happen until recently.
