Hi, funds sent.

We have had to update VAT details also as the new processor doesnt like mismatches. Yours would stop working soon anyway though due to the reverse change mechanism no longer working as the UK is leaving the EU.

Thanks

Hi, CS staff arent here on weekends sorry so no livechat or skype.

I read the forums, the other staff dont have accounts here, they usually stick to the emails only.

Thanks

Admin.
I have had a request out for pay since Firday 14th.
After lots of prompting I got a repsonse saying its in process.
Its 2 weeks later and Ive sent several emails since last week and have had not reply?
I have not had any of the "Mass Emails" others are talking about and am loosing faith in the system?
Can you advise?

Hi, mass emails are sent to members of the forums here http://www.dailypayservice.com/forum/

If you are a member then check spam folder.

We attempted to do yours this morning but I believe wrong VAT were on account, the new processor doesnt accept mis-matching details so these needed changed.

Funds being sent shortly.

Thanks
