Hi, for the very first payment, there is a time difference from when the transfer on AW occurs and the funds arriving into your bank. Normally an hour or two really.
This is due to an admin having to be the one who first authorises the payment, after that regular staff do it and funds are sent to your bank at the exact moment an AW transfer occurs.

. Another silly question, it looks as if not all available credits have transferred? I can see the ones that have re: they have "Transfer Requested on: 28/2/2017", but other's don't seem to have transferred (i know that work carried out yesterday won't be paid as 24 hrs hasn't lapsed yet as I worked in the evening). Honestly, I apologise for all these silly newbie questions! xx

Hi, at time of transferring, staff process all available credits AW allows us to transfer.
If during the week you need a one off payout you can always fill this quick form out http://www.dailypayservice.com/main/index.php/mem-forms/ff_form/10/ff_page/1?ff_form=10&ff_page=1
Funds should be in by now.

I've been approved for Daily Pay but I can't remember whether I selected 'Weekly' or 'On Request' - how could I find this out?

Hi, Monday weekly is selected currently.

Hi, funds sent everyday yes, including bank holidays. No bank holidays on a Sunday, if it lands on a Sunday it gets moved to a Monday.
