it's amazing the amount of guys who dont think this is a problem, even though it's a contagious fungal infection which smells rancid, anybody encountered anyone with this

Some people need telling, and its not an easy thing to do to a customer, maybe they need to be told about where they can get treatment from, I dont know if GUM clinics supply cards, but having a few handy for those customers would be no bad thing to hand over.

Then thats another reason why there should be a service providers section, where some folk can be mentioned not to be seen till they take more care of their hygiene.
I have seen on some forums guys saying they would not go near a certain escort because the accomodation was rank, maybe there should be something similair said about the guys who dont show utmost care.
When I was a member on Northern Angels, there was a escorts board, and it was used for this purpose, and guys quickly got the message.
I dont know if SAAFE have a section on this, but it would be worthwhile this forum having their own section.

guys will get it even if they are clean, some are too embarassed to go to doc i tell them to get canestan but that doesnt kill the infection will only make the redness & the smell disappear

omg no had someone tonight i had to cancel with i could smell it when he had is clothes on

What does it smell like Lolo? Wasn't he aware of it, if you could smell it? How did he have the nerve to go and see anyone with a condition like that!

oh ann it smells really bad like yeasty, he knew but didnt realise its highly contagious fungal infection
the smell makes u want to heave

ive never had that smell i wont lie,..
if i do get some dodgy looking ones i just tell them to shower first then return to me,....no real reason for it,....
