Hi again.
I've decided to start doing phone chat and direct chat. I've also decided to set up voicemail so people can leave recorded messages. But I'm struggling to leave a voicemail recording. Everytime I phone the number to set up voicemail, after I've entered my user ID it says username, password, login failed. I haven't set up a username or password.
