It is easy to block clients using the block button whilst reading the message they send you, but what I did not know is that the person can still make bookings with you.

To stop them being able to do this you need to go into your block list and If you wish to discard Escort, Webcam and Phone Chat bookings or Sales and Auction purchases, or block DirectChat calls, tick the appropriate box next to their name and click 'Update'.

I never knew that....

Why when you block somebody would it allow them to make bookings etc? That just does not make sense, or at the time it should prompt you and ask if you want to block them for everything.

I never knew until recently that you could block people from DirectChat without them actually having to send you a message first.

If you click on "Emails & Bookings", it takes you to the next page. On the right in the "Emails, Bookings, and More" section, go down to the bottom where it says "Direct Chat Call History". Click on "View Calls" and it will give you a list of everyone who has successfully and unsuccessfully called you on DirectChat with the option to block them.

I feel like I'm the last person in the world to know there was even a DirectChat call log, ha!

Thanks for that info - I just put up a post re mobile verification which now has thankfully been resolved, and I never knew this log existed either.
Got my first call today so know its all up and running!
