Would one of you please tell me how I add a booking form to my profile? I can't find it through the help pages and previous raised teething problems have been totally ignored by AW so I'm not holding out any hope if I raise this with them.

then click here http://www.adultwork.com/EditProfile.asp?T=IE&GE=0 and fill out the details
Thats it as far as I know, dont have much experience in that region though.
