can't use tickets .!?!?!?!?! - spazzle - 15-05-2014
I literally just joined the website and decided to buy some tickets but I can't even use them... the booking process was a struggle due to it not allowing me to confirm the booking and then suddenly I wasn't allowed to spend credits anymore. I looked it up in the ( lacking) help section and it tells me that I should get that message when trying to trade credits with other members.... I just joined !!! like... what am i suposed to do to fix this ?
** Edit** I tried this on a second acount and I have the EXACT same issue. All I try is do get a phone call.

AW don't have a contact number. The only way you can contact them is via the help section...
I don't think I really understand the problem anyway, do you mean they won't let you spend the credits you have brought on cam shows or phone chat? Or are you offering services??
