I did a Cam2Cam in Group Mode with a hot girl.
But afterwards i thought: could the other guys see me?

Yes
Group - is a shared paid for area where you broadcast your camera and chat with one or more members.
Private - is a one-to-one private room with only yourself and the viewing member.

No, the customers can't see you .
Just the webcam girl will be seen ( as far as I know )

No the cam girl will send an invite to cam 2 cam with you, others can see her but not you...x

they don't see you, but they can hear you in the group.
