Hi.
I have uploaded my ID, a UK driving licence and it rejected it cos problem with document number. What the fuck is document number??????????

Mine was rejected the first time as the something wasnt clear enough in the pic, just took a closer pic and it was fine

If memory serves, when you are verifying your ID as well as the photos you have to type the document number into a box on the site. I'm guessing there was a discrepancy between the two?

Its item number 5 on your document (usually).

Ok so i tried again a few times, i have had rejected again, reasons were:
all sides not showing - which they were
image too small
something about me holding sign up - which i guessed was wrong cos it sounded like for verifiction photo.
id number not submitted
and others!!!!!!!!
Help?????????

hi can you help with my verified status. keep sayin ID rejected, what else can i do. i uploaded it bout 10 times now, each one diff, even next to todays newspaper
xxx
