I did a malware scan and avg scan last night hoping that would work, but it didnt, all seems fine now though, fingers crossed!

I found that AVG itself was making my PC incredibly slow.

I found that with norton, avg isnt one of things i deleted and i have to say my connection, fps etc seems to better now than it was before my problem, the cpu hasnt been red since and before it was constantly changing to red
