I. hope everything is ok for you. however you can manage some guten and wheat problems.Last summer i had the camras, not a nice experiance and one that i will never go through again. I was told i have celliak dease ( sorry wrong spelling i know )
Anyway this means i can not have and produce with gluten or wheat. If I do I am in so much.pain and have to go to the loo fast. But it is easy to manage. The food that you can buy is expensive but worth it. As it maens you can still have bread gluten free, it doesnt taste to bad either. I have to watch the food i buy, the hardest part is when you are eating out. Then it does become hard, and i usual have a salad then. Once you have got usr to a new way of life it does become easy

Confidence is defo a huge perk, since offering sound I also feel I have become a little more charasmatic in the real world. Although the confidence goes right out the window at the docs, I keep getting pestered for a smear test and I cannot bring myself to go.
Hope you are feeling better Gem, may be worth me adding botox works miracles for migraines, I was having at least 5 a month with a constant dull headache in between that no pain killer would touch, now they are very few and far between.

The NHS seem to be very picky about who they give it to, also the system the prescribe is injections into the forehead, nape and in your shoulders. Ive only ever had it in my forehead, after reccomendation from a private doctor before it was available on the NHS. My doctor keeps telling me its not available on the national health in my area Sad

AW clients would definitely lap up that DVD - thanks for the laugh.

but seriously, hope all goes well - i have heard of the botox thing for migraines as well - my daughter (16)gets them but don't think i would try her with that till its a bit more mainstream.
