I don't think there would be much call for that I'm afraid...as a woman I'm pretty sure I could go into any pub on a Saturday night, ask if any guys there would wear my pants and let me touch them, and have at least one of them oblige me for free.
I love to see a guy in lady's underwear but that is on webcam and he is paying me for the pleasure. I also love the feel of my partner through his silk boxers but I wouldn't pay to touch another guy.
