Doctors and nurses is a great role play, and so is playing with a body when the other has not got to move, as if they are in some sleep state.
Im sure their is many great role play games out there, but we areall too scared to say what we want for fear of being tagged a sicko, or having negative feedback as you said in the OP.

Had one guy wanting me to breast feed on cam, fair enough, but My kid is past breastfeeding and when i said she wouldn't and wasn't there, he said well just put her on cam anyway! I kicked him off.. no problem with lactation etc but not being told to put at kid on cam!!
One other guy wanted an escort meet pretending that he had multiple limb loss, and just wanted to be laid on the bed whilst i did what ever to him.. the meet never happened anyway.
