Can I perform nude in DirectCam Free Preview? (Why have tipping in Free Preview?)
From a performers perspective, the purpose of DirectCam is to earn credits by performing on a webcam in group or private mode.
The purpose of Free Preview is to allow prospective clients to see what you look like and to have a chat about what you might be able to offer in a paid for mode.
Due to poplular demand we have now added the facility for clients to tip performers whilst in free preview mode. This leads to a slight contradiction over our "no nudity in free preview" rule.
The rules for appearing nude in free preview are now as follows:
If clients are tipping you and asking for a sneak peak, nudity preview or flash etc., then this is permitted.
If clients are collectively tipping in order for you to do something involving nudity for a short period of time then this is permitted.
If clients are seeking a "show" or some extended nude activity, then they must be taken to a paid for mode.
If members are camming to multiple sites, and performing nude on those sites, they must not be visible to AdultWork.com visitors. They must log out of JustCamIt or ensure only non-nude persons can be seen.
To summarise:
It is only permitted to appear nude in free preview when the performer is actively engaged with (chatting with or performing for) an AdultWork.com member that is tipping. Should the desired nude activity exceed a couple of minutes, the clients must enter a paid for mode. It is the perfomers responsibiltiy to manage this and cease nudity if the client does not comply.

Yeah that is annoying.... good they can tip in freeview I always thought that was odd not too have as most of the people who try to tip me are actually silent guests lol

One of the BEST things about AW was that it had a no nude in free policy, I can see this change dragging it down the same lines as MyFreeCams.com. Hellish. I can't quite quantify how unhappy I am about this.

Really not happy bout this either. I choose to work on adultwork over MyFreeCams.com as I like the no nudity in free and if the customer wants to see anything they take me group or prv and pay. Now I can just see that I'm gonna have a whole room full of people with like 2 credits between them demanding flashes.

If it does end up with a whole room full of guys begging like MyFreeCams.com I will not ever do free chat anymore and if my earnings do start to drop I will look else where for a new site. Adultwork I am so disappointed

All of the above! However I am going to continue as I have for the last 4 years, I am not going to change because of this. My regulars know what to expect the rest will learn! lol I do use MyFreeCams.com and SM as well but I never flash/perform for tips on those sites either and I still do ok. I find guys tip then ask for a flash, I smile sweetly and tell them thats not what I do but ty anyway lol Ive not had a bad response yet. I will add that fact to my FAQS on my AW profile so if they don't read that first then they only have their selves to blame lol
