Hello,
I m new to the site and i belive i have a problem.
I have 40 credits showed on credits statement but when i click transfer credits ,there they say 'you don t have any credits available for transfer'.
I need to precise that i have 1 day working on adult, but should they not apear on credits transfer even if i know i can transfer them after 14 days?
Is something wrong?

You cant transfer until 24 hours after you've earned them.
Sometimes longer for example if you private gallery is charged for 7 days you cant transfer those credits for 7 days.
Also depending on what method you transfer your credits there may be a minimum for example transfer to bank account is minimum 150 credits
AW only process transfers once a week so most of us only withdraw weekly, for example I withdraw every Monday.
