Connection issues / pages not loading, Adultwork.com - admin - 21-06-2012

"We are aware that there are some issues with the Site at the moment, specifically seeing pages about not being able to connect to the database. If you click the "try again" link, the Site loads up again in good time.
We are investigating this issue and apologise for the inconvenience caused in the meantime."
Posted for anyone who cant see the current status because you cant load the site.

If you click the "try again" link, the Site loads up again in good time. Larger pages seem to be taking longer to download and the Site feels "clunky".
Most annoyingly this will be affecting your ability to upload large files, potentially receiving timeouts.
We are investigating this issue and apologise for the inconvenience caused in the meantime. Traffic is low on the network but things are behaving like it's very very busy.
Having removed about 1000 fake or fraudulent profiles this week it is likely we have attracted a DDOS by a disgruntled crime gang, which is not breaking our equipment but hampering it's ability to work as efficiently as normal."
