Hi,
My profile was removed yesterday because they said I had written the word available somewhere I shouldn't have. Have had terribly stressful days so must have been absent minded on my part. This is my only income so I'm really frightened now.
I was warned in November so don't know how I managed to make same mistake again and I am truly sorry. I promise if you can give me a second chance I will just lost my services and never edit again so same problem cannot happen.
They won't reply to me. Please help someone. Devastated. 423 feedback and all my lovely regulars that won't find me again :-(

Any other webcam company like Streamate I am sure they would notify you than remove you completely.
Did you have any credits left in your account?

Not many. I never have more than 10 because I know AW steal them.

No. Have emailed them 10 times since last night and they keep saying no or ignoring me. I'm in serious trouble financially. If they don't put it back up I will need to relocate to Ireland where they don't use adultwork and just hope I don't get attacked :-(

Unfortunately I was ripped off by a bloke who set up a previous profile he was stealing my credits so I found someone reliable and trustworthy to do another profile they did it but after a day it was deactivated
Please can someone tell me why

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me...
I just recently began to set up a profile offering services, yesterday evening in fact. Shortly after my profile was marked with the "the legitimacy of this person's profile has been called into question" etc. warning... and this states you have 48hrs in which to upload ID and a verification photo
For one reason or another I was unable to find time to do this last night, so planned to log in and do it tonight, only to find I've been deactivated, long before the 48hr window to upload my ID has passed. I'm also quite annoyed because I purchased credits on the account and had begun to make arrangements with another user over the site email, all of which I assume is now gone :/
From what I can tell the contact email for support is useless as it's unmonitored and just tells me that my issue is already covered in the help section...
I'd really really appreciate some actual practical help on this as I really don't want to have to start my profile from scratch and lose the credits I purchased
