Mines the Hitachi Magic Wand - google it. Its electric powered and great for external stimulation on both girls and boys. You can get an adaptor that goes internally but that doesnt hit the mark for me.

Miss G, I've never seen these up close and personal. I've just seen there is a Lelo Insignia Alia and a Lelo Insignia Soraya. Is it one of those you like?

Mine is the Soraya... There is a motor in the clit stim, and a motor in the vibe bit... Really easy to use... + - for speeds, and a figure of 8 symbol to change the rhythm... It's really cool to have the two motors operating independently of each other... Totally new sensation for a toy. Rechargeable and then runs for ages...
