well i shut my laptop and fell asleep on the sofa,...lol, no smoothie, no masterchef, no nails lol

I have recently started taking plain old Magnesium supplements from Boots after chatting to a friend of mine back home who is a naturopath... Takes about a week to kick in, but I'm feeling great... Good for stress, fatigue, nervous system, healthy teeth, etc etc etc... Give it a go!

I was yesterday, but then my dogs only allowed me four hours of sleep, and I made the mistake of having too much caffeine. The end result was nausea, exhaustion and buggering up my typing and speech. Slept like the dead come bedtime though.
