Not sure it would be classed by many as bad weather, but If it gets too hot, yes.

When I went to N.Ireland I had a guy get caught in torrential rain cry off. He got soaked just trying to get to me from the carpark. I was a bit miffed, but could see his point. Nothing worse than putting wet clothes back on.

same with snow think they prefer too stay dry, or cant handle driving in the conditions

Surely if you are soaking wet, its just another damn good reason to get your kit off?
If its cold and snowy, and you are wet its another damn good reason to get nekid and snuggle up close to the hot lady you are visiting?
I don't need much encouragement in either area
