AW have removed offering escort services from my list - Pixie-Slut - 11-06-2021

Please help me
A few days ago I noticed offering escort services has been removed from my profile Pixie-Slut. It’s set to distribute content only
I have not been working for a little while due to personal problems
I am due to return to work in the next week or two
At present I can’t change my settings, what services I am offering. How do I get back to offering escort services?
I have emailed AW and filled in a form. They got back to me today with a link to upload documents they have requested. I try to do this (I have checked the ‘I understand the above criteria…’ tick box) I click ‘next’ but it just reloads the same page each time
