Being in a group or giving AW self employed details, whats the difference in income ? - dirty_phone_girl - 09-09-2019

Hi there

I am debating giving AW my self employment details and leaving the group that I am in.

Bit unsure of how much I will earn in either scenario.

Currently in the group I need to earn 150 to make £100.

Before I joined the group (and had not given AW my self employment details) I needed to earn 156 to make £100.

I am just wondering if anyone has details of how much more I will earn once I am no longer paying VAT,  as in how many credits = £100 ??

I tried to work it out and came up with 116 credits = £100 but I'm not entirely sure and I cant find any actual figures on the site.

If anyone has this info and can help me out that would be so helpful Smile

I love the fact that I get paid so quickly in the group at the moment so not sure what to do.

X

Hi, no need to give AW your self employment details.

Your current setting is:

Payout On Request: 30 credits minimum, "instant" pay, -33.5%

Changing to AW direct is: 150 credits minimum, 2-3 weeks wait, -30% 150 credits -30% = £105

thats the long and short of it really.

Thanks

Thanks for your response,  I thought that if I gave the site my UTR I no longer pay VAT on the admin fee ?

Is that correct ?

Hi, no longer needed to give AW your UTR but AW will still charge an extra 20% on all your non live content. So if you set your private gallery to 1 credit, the client actually pays 1.20 credits.

I dont really bother with the private gallery as Im just phone and IM.

What about the income and admin/facility fees on direct/pre booked chat/IM chat......Is there VAT charged on that ?

  Thank you

Hi, VAT only charged on non live services on clients side. No VAT on those you mention.

Thanks

I am pretty sure that when I joined the group, they payout was a higher rate than not being in the group ?

Has this changed ?  thanks

Up to Oct 2015 it was slightly higher to be in the group as expected. From then until very recently you were paid more to be inside the group. now its back to the original.
