Verifying new phone number - Mirabelle-Lux - 15-08-2018
hi admin,
I've had a warning to verify a new phone number. I've responded to the texts on this new number sent by AW 3 times. How many more times does it take for the phone number to be received as real ? Or are my responses not getting through? There is credit on the phone.
Please any help appreciated.

It should be immediate. If it's still not verified then the texts are not being sent. Maybe you have age restrictions on the phone stopping these texts sending. Your group manager can verify the phone number for you if you are able to contact them and send them the MV code

Hi, double check the code being sent back is correct completely, eg mv56789 isnt the same as mv 56789 and if I remember right they ask for it in a specific way.
For us verifying it, unless its been fixed, we verify here, its look verified and all well but no texts will ever arrive, its a broken system.

It's been working for me for months, I double checked with a member today and she has definitely been receiving sms after I verified the mobile for her. It must have been fixed
