Do you mean escorting or camming? On cam if you double click on name, you can see which city the guys are in. Although it's not always 100% accurate. But you can't block by city etc. I think you may be able to block by country x

Yeah, figured that today, just wasn't sure if there was anything specifically to location blocking.
